Extra large 106 gallon Fresh Water tank which we have lasted 4-5 days dry camping without coming close to running out. Also has a 30 gallon gas tank, with pumping station for refueling of your toys without having to haul Gerry cans of fuel with you. Built in Cummins Onan Generator, also draws from the gas tank, and controlled with a push button start inside the RV. We are a family of 4, with 2 young kids, as such, we have a lot of extras available that are perfectly suited for families with kids, including play pens, bikes, toys, life jackets, 2 person kayak, wagon and more (if there's anything specific you need/want that's not listed, just ask, chances are we have and can accommodate your needs) This is a heavy travel trailer, with 13,000lbs GVWR, so your tow vehicle needs to be rated for at least 14,500lbs of towing capacity and in the Province of B.C. towing of any house trailers that exceed 4600kg, requires an endorsement code 07 be listed on your drivers license. If your drivers license and/or tow vehicle are not properly rated, you may require drop off & pick up service.
